Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for marketing, market channel maintenance, key customer maintenance and industry sales;
2. Be responsible for sales promotion, sales and sales goal setting;
3. Make a sales plan, visit customers and develop new customers according to the plan;
4. Collect and search customer data and build customer profiles;
5. Assist superiors to formulate sales strategies, sales plan and quantify sales goals;
6. Understand and grasp market dynamics and provide timely feedback;
7. Do a good job in the signing, execution and management of sales contracts;
8. Develop sales channel supply and demand plan;
9. Do visiting customers reception;
10. Deal with payment issues with sales Channels and major customers.
Qualification for the position:
1. Art majors preferred;
2. Received training in marketing, business, finance, accounting, computer, and psychology;
3. Experienced at least 2 years in sales field with strong marketing and judgment ability, strong organizational management ability;
4. Be good at communication and teamwork.
Compensation:
Basic salary + commission + subsidy + paid vacation
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the video team; be responsible for coordinating the shooting, editing, acceptance and listing of Douyin account videos.
2. Optimize continuously the workflow of the video department and be responsible for the production efficiency and delivery results of the video.
3. Explore and optimize new ways of video flow volume such as Douyin, and create high-quality content and matrix for the company's Douyin account.
Qualification for the position:
1. TV editing and directing majors preferred, good at Pr, Edius software, and familiar with the video production process;
2. Be sensitive to popular content and know how to grasp the current popular hot spots;
3. Self-motivated, independent and responsible.
